Made by hand.
Since 2006.
Complete interior fit-outs for homes and offices, from the first drawing to the final installation. Family-run in Shah Alam.
A family craft,
built to last.
Our Story
In the 1990s, two brothers, Abdul Razzaq and Jamil Ahmed, worked as carpenters in Islamabad, learning the craft the traditional way, by hand and through years of practice. They believed furniture is what turns a house into a home, and that without thoughtful interiors a house is just a building. In 2006 they brought that belief to Malaysia and founded Ultimate Wood Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam.
A Family of Craftsmen
Nearly two decades later, Ultimate Wood is still family-run. Our founders lead every project and personally train each new craftsman. Many of our team have been with us since 2006, because we've always treated them like family. Our in-house interior designer brings each space to life in 3D before work begins, our long-serving supervisor oversees every site, and our skilled craftsmen carry out the work.
What We Do
We deliver complete interior fit-outs, from corporate offices and newsrooms to bungalows, full-home renovations and one-off bespoke pieces, anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. Our clients range from established companies to distinguished private clients who trust us with their homes.
Our Promise
Quality that lasts and
experience you can see.
Every project gets the same care as if it were our own home.
From bare walls to
the finished room.
We started as furniture makers, and furniture is still at the heart of what we do. Today we also handle the carpentry, plumbing, wiring and partitions, so you deal with one team instead of five contractors.
Custom Furniture
Wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV consoles, shoe racks and display shelving, made to the exact measurements of your space.
Carpentry
Ceiling panels, wall cladding, door frames, built-ins and any other timber work your space needs.
Full Renovations
Whole homes, bungalows and offices. We plan the layout, handle the demolition and see it through to the final finish and handover.
Plumbing
Pipe routing, fixtures, water heaters and bathroom fit-outs, planned together with the rest of your renovation.
Electrical Works
Wiring, lighting layout, switches, sockets and DB board upgrades, done by our own team as part of the fit-out.
Partitioning
Drywall and solid partitions to change a floor plan: office dividers, room separators, and feature walls with built-in storage.
Built with care,
down to the last detail.
Every piece is made by our own craftsmen, and every trade on site, from carpentry to wiring, is handled by our own team. It's how we've worked since 2006, because it's the only way we can stand behind the result.
